Initial Deposit

Low Season Bookings: 2 nights rental
High Season Bookings: 5 nights rental
Payment required within 7 days of making reservation

Final Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival for holiday and high season reservations and 45 days prior to arrival for low season reservations.

Changes

There will be a $10.00 charge for any changes once reservation confirmation has been sent.

Security Agreement

All confirmations shall require a signed Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) Authorization Form, which will allow the Property Management Company to debit your account in the event of theft or major damage.
